Fios FX is a trading name of Ceilte Ltd (company registration details to be inserted upon incorporation). References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Ceilte Ltd trading as Fios FX.

Fios FX provides algorithmic foreign exchange and commodity signal data ("Signals") generated by a proprietary quantitative engine. Signals are produced using technical analysis indicators, multi-timeframe confluence logic, and sentiment analysis across the following instruments: EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF, and XAU/USD.

Fios FX does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services of any kind. Signals are informational outputs of an automated system and do not constitute a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

The service is currently in a paper trading phase. All performance statistics published during this phase reflect simulated results and do not represent live account trading.

Trading foreign exchange and commodities on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage available in forex trading can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

Past performance, whether real or simulated, is not indicative of future results. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital and should not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

By subscribing to Fios FX you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this risk warning in full.

Ceilte Ltd is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body. We do not hold a licence to provide regulated financial services. Our signal service is operated as an information service only.

You are solely responsible for determining whether the use of our service is lawful in your jurisdiction. By accessing or subscribing to Fios FX you confirm that you are permitted to do so under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

Fios FX offers tiered subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are stated in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise indicated.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Where a free trial period is offered, no payment will be taken until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify trial offers at any time.

Complimentary access granted at our discretion is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time without notice.

All content, signals, algorithms, software, branding, and materials published by Fios FX are the intellectual property of Ceilte Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or republish any Signals or content from Fios FX without our express written permission. Redistribution of Signals via social media, Telegram channels, Discord servers, or any other platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription and legal action.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our signal methodology
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract signal data
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure
• Redistribute Signals or signal data in any form without written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of these conditions without refund.

The Fios FX service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Signals will be accurate, timely, or profitable.

Signal generation is automated and may be affected by data feed outages, API failures, market conditions, or technical issues. We accept no liability for losses arising from missed, delayed, or incorrect Signals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceilte Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Fios FX service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Fios FX you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms by email or by posting a notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
