We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 2 years after account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Payment records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK financial record-keeping requirements. Signal and trading data logs are retained for up to 5 years for performance auditing purposes.
